My wife and I recently bought a small tract of recreational land. Our agent, Brandon Swartzlander, was terrific to work with during this purchase. Having never been through this kind of purchase we had no idea what we needed to do, except that we would have to make a trip to the bank. Brandon explained what was going to happen and even facilitated the process. He communicated with the seller, our bank and the title company and keep us informed what was going to happen along the way. He made himself available anytime we wanted to walk the ground. He answered any questions we had promptly no matter if our questions were sent via text, email or old fashioned phone call. We had looked at other properties listed with different companies and dealt with other agents who seemed bothered by any questions that we might ask. Maybe because we were only looking for a small tract? We will be recommending Brandon to any of our friends who ask us about buying ground. In fact, I already gave his name to my loan officer and another friend who will soon be in the market. We are so looking forward to playing on our farm with our kids and instilling a love of the outdoors.
